How does the booking widget work?+
Configure your widget once (services, hours, branding), then paste a one-line snippet on your site. Visitors fill out a short form and the lead lands in your inbox immediately.
Is there a free trial?+
No — there's no free trial. Pick Core, Pro, or Agency at signup, and switch tiers later from Billing.
Which plan unlocks the AI receptionist?+
Pro and Agency. Core captures and stores leads; Pro adds AI scoring, intent detection, and draft replies. Agency adds multi-business management and white-labelling.
Why do I need my own OpenAI API key?+
We use a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model so you pay OpenAI directly at cost and stay in full control of your AI usage. Your key is stored only in your browser — never on our servers.
Where is my OpenAI key stored?+
In your browser's local storage, namespaced to your account. Each user on a shared device must add their own key. Delete it at any time from Account settings.
Can I run more than one business on one account?+
Agency users can manage unlimited businesses with a switcher in the sidebar. Core and Pro are scoped to a single business.
Can I remove the LeadQualify branding from my widget?+
Yes — Agency tier includes white-labelling: custom brand name, logo, and hiding the 'Protected by LeadQualify' footer.
How do I cancel?+
You can cancel any time from Billing. Your account stays active until the end of the current period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
