- Lead data submitted through your widget by your customers.
- Usage analytics (aggregated, no personally identifiable tracking).
What we do NOT collect
- Your OpenAI API key — it stays in your browser's local storage and is sent directly to OpenAI from your device.
- Payment card details — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
GDPR & your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@leadqualifyai.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (authentication session, preferences). We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
