1. Acceptance
By using LeadQualify AI ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Subscription & billing
LeadQualify AI is a paid subscription service offered on Core, Pro and Agency tiers. Your selected plan is billed monthly until cancelled.
3. Your OpenAI API key (BYOK)
Pro and Agency users supply their own OpenAI API key. Keys are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to or persisted on our servers. You are responsible for all costs incurred under your OpenAI account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to send spam, scrape data, infringe rights, or run unlawful operations. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
